The Old Mill student accommodation is in an excellent location being a couple of minutes’ walk from the University of Dundee, Abertay University, and with easy access to Dundee College. The property consists of 391 study bedrooms ranging from one bed room flats to six bedroom cluster flats, each cluster flat provides an open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and separate toilet.
There is a large common room with SKY TV, vending machines and two full-size pool tables, which is open to tenants 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
There is a car park on site, available for use by tenants (subject to an extra charge), as well as secure cycle storage. An onsite laundrette is provided adjacent to the Common Room.
4MB* internet service is provided to each bedroom and living room as standard, with the option to upgrade to 8MB if you require that extra bandwidth.
We offer affordable student accommodation which is inclusive of utilities charges**, internet (4MB), and contents insurance of up to £4,000.
If you are studying at St Andrew’s University, The Old Mill student accommodation is just a 25 minute bus journey to the campus.
Living at Old Mill means the nightlife of Dundee is on your doorstep with Pubs and Clubs close by including the renowned Fat Sam’s Nightclub and Live music venue!
University, shopping and nightlife all within a 5 minute walk, all you need for the perfect student experience!

All Dundee College campuses are easily accessible from The Old Mill. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes' walk and a large Tesco store is 10 minutes away. There is an excellent nightlife close by and all city centre amenities are easily accessible. |

Tenancy Dates
Tenancies commence either:
Monday 3rd September 2012 to suit the University of Dundee and Abertay
University; or
Monday 27th August 2012 to suit Dundee College.
Payment Plans
Payment can be made using one of the following three plans:
1) A single payment in advance. This will benefit from a discount on
the prices above of 2%. (This option is the only option available to
oversea students)
2) Three termly payments.
3) Eight payments across eight months. This will attract an
administration charge of £99 which will be spread across the eight
payments.
Deposit
Following a successful application all we require is your
Deposit payment of £250 to secure your room. This deposit is subject to
the cancellation policy; see the section on cancellations in the
Application Pack and in the tenancy documentation.
Please note that payment of the deposit is a term of the tenancy
agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy less
any deductions for breakages, damages or losses by the tenant as
explained more fully in the Tenancy Pack.
