KEILLER COURT (DUNDEE)
Based right in the heart of Dundee’s thriving student community Keiller Court is perfectly placed to offer you an ideal student living experience.
Brand new for September 2011 Keiller Court consists of 125 study bedrooms arranged in three, four and five bedroom cluster flats, each one providing an open plan kitchen/living room and two shared shower rooms. Every study bedroom is extremely spacious and each flat’s living room is provided with leather sofas and flat screen TV.
4MB* internet service to each bedroom and living room as standard, with option to upgrade to 8MB if you require that extra bandwidth.
There is no car park on site, however Keiller Court tenants can use the car park at our other Dundee property ‘The Old Mill’ (subject to an extra charge), Keiller Court also has cycle storage.
We offer affordable student accommodation which is inclusive of utilities charges**, internet (4MB), and contents insurance of up to £4,000.
This purpose built student accommodation is just 5 minutes’ walk from the University of Abertay, University of Dundee, Dundee College and the city centre.
If you are studying at St Andrew’s University, Keiller Court student accommodation is just a 25 minute bus journey to the campus.
Living at Keiller Court means the nightlife of Dundee is on your doorstep with Pubs and Clubs close by including the renowned Fat Sam’s Nightclub and Live music venue!

Tenancy lengths of 43 or 50 weeks are available with the following price plans.

Tenancy Dates
Tenancies commence either:
Monday 3rd September 2012 to suit the University of Dundee and Abertay
University; or
Monday 27th August 2012 to suit Dundee College.
Payment Plans
Payment can be made using one of the following three plans:
1) A single payment in advance. This will benefit from a discount on
the prices above of 2%.
2) Three termly payments.
3) Eight payments across eight months. This will attract an
administration charge of £99 which will be spread across the eight
payments.
Deposit
Following a successful application all we require is your
Deposit payment of £250 to secure your room. This deposit is subject to
the cancellation policy; see the section on cancellations in the
Application Pack and in the tenancy documentation.
Please note that payment of the deposit is a term of the tenancy
agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy less
any deductions for breakages, damages or losses by the tenant as
explained more fully in the Tenancy Pack.
