Cambridge House offers excellent, newly-refurbished, luxury
student accommodation located directly across the road from Manchester
Metropolitan University and just down the road from The University of
Manchester. There are good bus and Metro links to Manchester city
centre and Piccadilly and Oxford Road railway stations.
Cambridge House is situated in a central location just a few minutes away from an array of shops, bars and restaurants.
The property consist of 48 ensuite bedrooms all provided with a double bed. Each flat is arranged in 4 or 5 bedroom clusters with shared fitted kitchen and lounge. Each flat’s living room is provided with leather sofas and flat screen TV.
A choice of 2 bedroom types is available;
- Premium Ensuite
- Deluxe Ensuite (with bath and shower)
4MB internet service is provided to each bedroom and living room as standard.
We offer affordable student accommodation which is inclusive of utilities charges**, internet (4MB) and contents insurance of up to £4,000

Payment Plans
Payment can be made on one of the following three plans:
1) A single payment in advance. This will benefit from a discount on
the prices above of 2%.
2) Three termly payments.
3) Ten payments across ten months. This will attract an administration
charge of £100 which will be spread across the ten payments.
Deposit
Following a successful application all we require is your
Deposit payment of £250 to secure your room. This deposit is subject to
the cancellation policy; see the section on cancellations in the
Application Pack and in the tenancy documentation.
Please note that payment of the deposit is a term of the tenancy
agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy less
any deductions for breakages, damages or losses by the tenant as
explained more fully in the Tenancy Deed sent out in the tenancy pack.
